  2. Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable, clean exercise clothing and socks. Avoid loose clothing that may interfere with equipment.
  3. Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene out of respect for others sharing the space.
  4. Equipment Care: Handle all equipment with care and follow instructor guidance on its proper use.
  5. Clean Up: After class, help return equipment to its proper place and wipe down machines or mats as instructed.
  6. Mobile Devices: Keep mobile phones on silent mode or turn them off during class to avoid disruptions.
  7. Food and Drink: No food is allowed in the exercise areas. Water in sealed containers is permitted.
  8. Respect: Treat instructors and other clients with respect. Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in being asked to leave and, in severe or repeated cases, termination of your membership or right to use our services.
